Viruses and Spyware are guaranteed to be removed at completion of service call. We cannot guarantee that the computer will not get infected again through customer usage. We check time stamps on viruses if the same virus infects the computer. If shown that it was not removed by us, then the work is free.
Parts used for repairs are subject to a manufacturer’s warranty.
Generally it is 1 year, certain parts can be longer or shorter, all records of parts replaced are kept
